Fellow Toastmasters,
We have a big job ahead of us this year. As a team Gary, Ashley, and I will be working on issues and concerns of District 57. But, our biggest job is to listen to you, the  Toastmaster member and work toward making your Toastmaster experience the best that it can be.
Listening and prioritizing all of your issues and concerns is just one of many challenges we face this year. We are embarking on this once in a lifetime communal journey as a team growing and trusting in each other. As your elected leaders we are to provide each of you the training, resources, and recognition that will support your effort to accomplish your goals. The opportunities are numerous and the rewards are as real to some as they magical to others.
As a Toastmaster, you are part of a proven process recognized worldwide as effective, successful, and beneficial to millions. Knowing this truth gives us the confidence to share the truth. The final product of this process I call a communal journey is a changed life. That life may be yours, mine, or someone we have yet to meet. Therefore given all of our challenges individually and collectively, let move forward together committed to a changing lives and LIFT EVERY VOICE!
